The Cherry wood has been picked by hand and finished to perfection. The wood is carefully sanded and finished off with Danish Oil to bring out the natural beauty. There is a poly satin finish applied to protect the wood. Our items are branded with "P C" on the bottom so one knows they were specially crafted. There are four silicon pads on the underside of the holder allowing no worries on scratching on any surface.
